Doha Oasis General Terms & Conditions:

Discounts do not apply to items on sale, special promotional prices, special events, public holidays, or annual passes.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or offers.
Guests must present a valid company ID to redeem discounts as detailed in this agreement.
Discounts apply to guests eligible at the time of dining/entry at Doha Oasis and its properties and outlets.
Discounts are only valid as per the term of this Agreement.
Discounts are limited to the services or areas specified in this contract.
Discounts do not apply to tobacco and cigar products or spiritual drinks.
Doha Oasis reserves the right to change admission rates, prices, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
Specific terms and conditions for each outlet will also apply.

Properties Specific Terms & Conditions

Printemps Retail:

Discount offered is not applicable on red dots brands or products as clearly mapped in the department store
Certain retail brands or product categories (e.g., luxury items, limited editions) may be excluded from corporate partnership discounts.
Discounts are available exclusively to second party guests, who must present their hotel card as set in appendix 2 or voucher at the time of purchase.

Printemps Food & Beverages:

F&B corporate discounts exclude Chocolate Retail products from Cova & Pierre Marcolini.
F&B corporate discounts exclude spiritual drinks and tobacco items.

Quest Theme Park:

The offer is exclusive to second party hotel guests.
The discount can be redeemed by presenting to second party hotel guest card at the Quest ticketing counter.
The discount is applicable for each hotel guest and 3 of their guests for one entry.
All visitors, including the cardholder, must be present at the ticket counter when purchasing the tickets, and the cardholder must accompany the guests throughout their visit to the park.
Discounted tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
The discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount (unless expressly permitted by Quest in writing).
The discount is not available on public holidays, special events, or annual passes.
Quest reserves the right to vary admission rates, terms, and conditions of the park entry without prior notice and indemnity to the company or the guest.
Food, drinks, and illicit items are not allowed in the park.
Guests are kindly requested to check Quest’s website for updates before attendance.
Discounted prices with decimals will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Doha Oasis Padel:

The discount covers court rental only. Coaching, equipment, packages, and F&B are not included.
Advanced booking is required for court usage and is subject to availability.
Court bookings must be cancelled at least 6 hours prior to the match. Failure to do so will incur the full booking amount as a cancellation fee.
Players are expected to adhere to all Doha Oasis facility rules and maintain respectful behavior on the courts.
Players are required to dress modestly (shoulders and knees covered). Cropped tops and shorts are not allowed for ladies.
